Oil change was not done properly or completed before having the car returned to me. When driving home the oil change warning came on. I noticed no sticker on my windshield to indicate when to retun. When arriving back to the Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Cerritos, the representative could not tell me if the car had the oil change done with the information she was able to access through her computer. I was also told that the warning light is simple reset done manually and I could have done it at home. Personally I get the car serviced at Honda because I don’t know anything about cars. Being told that it’s a problem I could have fixed at home defeats the purpose of paying for “Honda’s trained technicians” to service the car.
