I was not pleased with service this time. Unnecessary delays caused by your mechanic working on another customer’s vehicle, thinking it was mine, then losing my car key which caused additional delays.
I was completely frustrated and enormously disappointed in Honda’s service. You used to be so good. What happened?

I had a recall and it was handled fine. I came back to your dealership to get my car and paperwork. Unfortunately Aaron forgot to give me the little orange piece of paper I needed to prove my recall. Hence, when I went to AAA, immediately after getting my car, the representative there asked for the orange piece of paper. I told him I didn’t get one. Then I had to drive back to your dealership and retrieve this piece of paper. I saw Aaron and he handed it over. I asked why didn’t he give it to me the first time and he said he forgot. I am very dissatisfied with that answer and his lack of compassion. He said it as if it were no big deal and doesn’t realize that it took an extra hour to commute from AAA back to your facility. Then I had to go back to AAA to complete my transaction. So I am not very satisfied with your dealership and won’t come back any time soon.
