I took my car in for maintenance, informed the service advisor I’ve been having issues with my front right side tire. We paid $29.95 for a tire rotation. Upon picking up my vehicle we were advised that the tires were good and on my way home the TPMS light turned back on. We called back to ask if the tires were inspected but the service advisor was to busy and never called back. We had to take it to a tire shop and had them replace the tire because it had a nail in it where it couldn’t be patched. Also the tire that was replaced was still on the right front indicating that the tire rotation was not perform but still got charged for it.
