Thankful for the professional and exceptionally Customer Service of Rep Bryan Salas he was beyond and very attentive. On the other hand, the waiting times of so many hours was unacceptable and at the end the work alignment on my vehicle it was not finished because supposedly the alignment machine was not properly working because it was new and the foreman wasnt in the premisis so I had to go to another Honda dealer to complete the work. Thank you for everything.

Worse experience ever, Bryan Salas was no help, the issue was not fix and I paid $450 .. I had to tell them that tires were in need of air after a tire rotation??? The same alert is still on the dashboard, he is telling me that is for future maintenance really, first time I get a future message. And I had to go and ask him to go check on the mechanic after I brought the Pilot back he ask another person to take the paperwork to the mechanic. I try to ask for the supervisor but apparently he was not there. I will be calling tomorrow for sure.. service was horrible.

1 The day Joseph was supposed to call me happened to be his day off really? 2 The cracking I hear under my car decreased by did not disappear. 3 I was informed that my car was leaking engine and transmission oil whit no further explanation of why this happened or how it got corrected. 4 when I picked up my vehicle they just brought it to the exit line and left it there without letting me know or talking to me about the service done. No one spoke to me which I find very unprofessional and rude.
