Hello, I am very dissatisfied with my service since purchasing my vehicle on Saturday. As I informed Stanley on Sunday morning, I noticed a chip in my windshield soon after arriving home. Because it was a rainy day on Saturday afternoon is likely why I missed it at the dealer. Well since then I took my car into the service center where Joseph who was extremely dismissive and short with me. Informed me they “attempted” to repair the windshield but I would need a sales manager to approve a replacement. I am dissatisfied because the chip looks identical to when I brought it in. I want to know what my coverage includes and other details before I escalate this issue. Please advise a way that we can mutually be satisfied because so far I am getting the runaround. Thank you! (This is the message I sent my sales advisor and finance advisor) I have since received a call from my sales advisor to bring the vehicle back for a replacement. Thank you.
