Mr Salas did not write down the concerns that I mentioned to him on the order. A tire with a nail that I requested to be repair or replaced and a metal tapping noise when changing gear to drive. He took off for the day and an employee that helped me, when I asked for an updated after waiting 1.5 hrs when I was told to expect 45 minutes wait, did not know anything about my concerns. But this employee did have my vehicle taken back to have the tires checked again and replaced 1 tire but the other concern was not addressed. Disappointed with Mr Salas customer service, he seemed to be in a rush and dropped the ball.

Thank you for your service . My appointment was for 1:20 pm ,l arrived at 1:25, got in line . Service rep attended to me at 1:40 , “and it was done by 2:40 pm. The service rep was courteous and friendly. Explained to me what was done. Initially I was told it will be finished by 3:10 pm.
Thank you. I was glad that you have a spacious lounge and available vending machines because I had no lunch yet, then went back to work .
