When picking my car up I waited out front. After 10 minutes or so I noticed my car was parked in front of service team door running. No one let me know the car was there. When I went to get it and asked if I could take my car an associate said I had to wait for someone to let me know. I waited 5 mins at least before asking. Complete transaction in full before going on to a new customer.

They didn’t do a pre inspection or a summary after service. A day later all my tires were low and my car indicated low tire pressures. Also there is a scratch on my rim that I did not have. I wash and care for my vehicle almost weekly so I check my car often for scratches. I am a bit dissatisfied and know they were better about these things before.
