I made an appointment at 12:20 yet was still not given service before anyone else who just checked in. Doesn’t make sense to make an appointment when I am not getting service on my appointed time. In addition, I didn’t get notified that I needed engine filter and air filter replaced until the NEXT day. Why wasn’t I called to get approval? I also didn’t get a call to pick up my car. When I picked up my car two hours later, I asked if everything was okay. Jonathan proceeded to say everything went smoothly and nothing else was needed in addition. But again this wasn’t the case.

Had an appointment today at 1:40 and I had to commute all the from Torrance after leaving work at 12 pm. I was greeted well and Steve assisted me with getting my oil changed and all 4 tires changed. Steve told me they were backed up and it was going to take about 2 hours. I was okay with that so I walked over to get a late lunch at Fridas. Come back after be gone for an hour and half and sat down in the waiting room. I got the call that my car was ready and took off to get some medicine at a CVS in South Gate when I noticed that my left side tires were not rotated and only my right side was done. If I’m paying to get all 4 wheels rotated and get all 4 not 2! I’m paying for 4 not 2 and I was never notified or communicated of that. When I called back and explained to Steve that what happened. He found out that the technician never communicated that and Stave said he could refund me half or enter a notification on my profiler to not charge me the next time. Or I could come back and get half or the full refund but I would have to come in. At that moment I was pissed that I would have to come back to rectify what wasn’t completed and I didn’t feel comfortable about the honest job that was done and I lost complete faith in Hondas integrity. I told Steve to let his manager know I was very upset with the work and I was coming back to get this resolved. I applaud Steve for taking ownership of the miscommunication but what got me really upset was the lack of leadership on his manager not approaching me to apologize for the situation and he was aware of the issue and that left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t feel comfortable taking my car back there and I bought my car there because I trusted the honesty of there sales rep and I refused to buy my car at the Honda in Torrance.

Horrible, My advisor was on lunch and someone else just said my car ready and did not notify me or go over the multi-point inspection check list and noticed that it needed immediate action on (fluid leaks: engine / transmission and don’t know how bad the leak is or damage or cost and could of been repaired same day but now have to make another appointment and lose valuable time !
