2.5hrs for an oil change. Was told my car was ready, and the keys were in the car. However, when I stepped out my vehicle was nowhere to be found. I had to relocate the rep that helped me and ask for my vehicle. He said it's out there and we walked outside, to again my vehicle not in sight. He walked back to the shop and confirmed my car would be out in a few. After waiting more my vehicle arrived. When I enter my vehicle the glove compartment had been left out of its location and on the floor of my passenger seat. I tried locating the rep helping me but ultimately just decided to place the compartment back myself.
