My maintenance contract was not in the system, so I wasn’t sure what was covered and what wasn’t. So I only had the oil change done that they said was covered. I had to wait for my car for almost half an hour when it was parked about 10 yards away the whole time. Then I had to go to the finance department to see why my contract wasn’t in the system and found out it was never processed. Now I will need to bring my car back again to have the filters changed and tires rotated. It was not a good experience, and I drove all the way from Santa Ana to Cerritos because I initially thought Cerritos was the best dealership.

Robert stated 2 hours estimated time. When asked after 2 hours, he lied and said they were working on the car. My car was still parked and not being worked on. When I complained, he didn’t apologize and told me to take back my car. Will never come back for service even with my free service, I would rather pay than come back.
