Within 30 minutes of leaving after getting my car service my low tire pressure light came on. I was not able to bring my car back and had to go to Costco to have them fill my tires. They told me my tires were set at twenty nine p s I instead of thirty two. This is the second time that this happened to me after taking my car in for service at Cerritos Honda where I have left and low tire pressure light has come on. Not sure if anybody actually checked my tires or didn't fill them correctly but it's a little bit frustrating. I did not call afterwards. However I already spent 3 hours there this morning and it was less of a hassle to go to Costco since I was out of the area. I also thought it was interesting that I was told I was due for a timing belt and water pump kit but after researching it my Civic doesn't even have a timing belt. When I asked the service advisor later after I declined he told me it was just the water pump kit. It was not how he presented it. I love my Honda and know that taking it to the dealer is more expensive but I just don't want to feel like I am being taken advantage of or that they aren't performing the services I have paid for (like making sure tire pressure is accurate)

Lack of customer service. Very poor. Upon arrival there were 4 employees outside talking and doing nothing. None of them acknowledged me to check in and Inwasnt sure what to do such witness my first time. I made line waiting but it seemed like no one wanted to help so after a couple minutes then I skipped the line and pulled to a line with an opening and pulled up to a man on a computer outside but he didn’t acknowledge me either even after waving at him. One of the employees that were outside in the group moved a car and drove a the car past mine and was maneuvering very recklessly. Once i was in and helped by Miguel, I was lied to about my cars time of completion. I went in for a standard oil change and I asked Miguel if there was a rough estimate as to when it would be done. He said he’s not sure but that it would be 100% sure done within 3 hours. He said “No more than 3 hours. Yep, definitely not more and 3 and you’ll be outta here.” My appointment was at 12pm. I arrived early in hopes that it would help me LEAVE early. Instead my car was ready at 5:30pm. I don’t think it takes 5.5 Hrs to do a regular oil change and to replace my brake fluid. I told him to let me know by giving me a call in the case my car was ready earlier or if it was going to be later than 3 hrs so that i could know and possibly not head over too early. Do you think he did that? No. Very poor service. Very sad. Will not be returning to this location.

Trevor was very kind, had great customer service, and very helpful.

Steve was so Profesional. Loved his service. Steve was very polite. He greeted me with a smile. He took his time to assist me even though it was almost closing time. I am extremely satisfied with his service. Thsnk you for having people like him working for Honda.

Came in a bit late, still helped me out and didn’t have to wait to the next day to get my car.

Steve Mendoza did such a wonderful job. He makes sure that I am always happy with my service and goes above and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied. He always makes sure I know when to come in for my next service and what services I should be getting in my next visit so that I am not surprised and ready for what’s to come. Thank you for your attentiveness and attention to detail!!! (If I was his manager I would consider a higher raise other than the standard 5%)

He didn't think I was crazy because my just serviced brakes felt spongy. He was able to get it figured out.

Great service by Jonathan . The one complaint that I have is the long wait time to get the car serviced. I hope something can be done about this issue. With an appointment it should not take so long. Thank you.
