Staff was very careless , Aaron Perez was my service advisor , didn’t greet me, didn’t communicate what time my car was going to be ready I arrived at 9:08am and didn’t get my car back until almost 11am. I asked him for an update and he said to me “ you were quoted 10:30 , and it was 10:49 when he told me that. I said to him , you didn't communicate anything to me and he didn’t care .
There was more than 5 guys in the front just standing around doing nothing.
