I I walked into the service station. No one came to greet me or to help me. I walked up to a person asked what I could do. He did not say anything so I went into the sales floor and I talked to a tall gentleman. He told me, he should come walk with me to the service desk. I walked in with him and other person helped me. The other person who helped me told me because I came in at 5:30 PM. No one wanted to help me. A lot of us who work, five or 530 is I think time when people bring their car for a service. Also, I brought the car in for eight recall for my Honda Odyssey. I believe because it is a recall I should have received a loaner vehicle. But I did not so I had to take an Uber back home and I took a Uber back after two days later to pick up my vehicle, which was getting worked on for recall issues.
