I am awaiting confirmation that my service visits and documentation as recorded by supervisor Michael Vasquez are revised to honestly and accurately reflect reality. Further, I submitted photos of the condition of my rear seats after picking up my vehicle following 32 days of being in Honda Cerritos service department. I have not been contacted as to why they were left in the condition I found them or notified when to bring it back to correct them.

My only concern was that we did not get any update confirming our vehicle wouldn’t be ready until the following day. I replied to the text asking for an update at 5:27pm on Tuesday and didn’t get a response until the following morning. This is unusual based on my years being a customer of Norm Reeves. Other than that, all was good.
