The work is great but when I arrived I was told it was going to be 2 hours. I looked on my paper and it said that in 2.5 hours my car was promised back to me. It was after 2 hours of me waiting for my car that I ask one of the guy he check and said it was about 10 mins more those 10 mins turned into 30 mins. Why say the wait is 2 hours when it’s longer. Just say it’s between 2 to 4 hours.

my honda civic 99 got serviced since it was bought new from your dealership. i asked for a diagnostic service before a repair was done. i was told that the diagnostic fee will be deducted once i get it repaired. it was never deducted. I even paid more than the initial price quotation. I got offered a deduction toward my next service repair. im not satisfied with this dealership.
