It would been helpful to give a diagnosis to determine a time. The length of time given the small task. I went to a service station and they diagnosis it within 10 minutes rather waiting six hours for it to be fix. The time and costs didn't make sense. The part is 200 and is being replaced in less than 1 hr time. When an organization they loose control of time. I always found Norme Reeves to be helpful with all the times I had service done. Your service agents are great. It's unfortunate that this was an emergency for me while traveling.
