Would like more explanation at the finish of service what paperwork says..confusing on 29 set tire pressure statement...saw it after I got home and reviewed docs..and didn't receive explanation of green yellow and red inspection results on each item.Didn"t receive,any test results on items tested ie wipers washer system or battery life?? The service rep was pleasant ....

I really had a bad experience this time, I wait for my car for more then 5 hours just for oil change, the guy that was helping me () told me I will call you when your car is ready he never called me I was there since 8:20 am waiting, he went to lunch came back and he never told me my car was ready then like around 1:25 pm I called asking if my car was ready and the lady on the phone told me you car was ready 5 minutes ago then I approached to Jonathan Romero and he told me why you didn’t answer before if your car was ready I got so mad and told him you were supposed to call me when my car was ready, I always bring my car here and had never this problem before you guys called me letting me know that my car is ready then when he gave me that paper to sign I was rearing and said that my car was ready since 10:30am and they gave to me to 1:25 pm I lost my all day there just because Jonathan Romero don’t know how to do his job, I was absolutely unsatisfied

Anthony Ortitz didn't care about our concerns regarding the vehicle at all. We had several issues about the vehicle. His response to Every single issue was: we can't do anything about it. He was refusing service to our vehicle. The only thing he wanted to provide was oil change. We happened to have a phone recording all conversation at the time. We had purchased 5 Honda vehicles for the last 15 years. We are going to post the conversation on social media so everyone could see how Honda employee refused service.

Trevor did a great job explaining what the issue was with my car and informing me the service I had done by another mechanic was subpar.
