Mr.Lazcano went out of his way to get me the proper services related to my warranty with my tires. Despite having a significant amount of customers and loopholes he had to go through to connect with the third party for the warranty on my tires, he persevered and got my broken tire replaced efficiently.In other words, he represented this dealership well by providing services with care and sincerity to customers, like myself. Employees like him are indispensable and the very reason to attract and sustain loyal customers.
