Miguel needs to be more tactful, friendlier and less arrogant. His demeanor and customer service skills along with being a friendly face and welcoming was a failure on his end. I explained to Miguel that I had received a letter stating some kind of recall on my vehicle. He did not give me the peace of mind, comfort or even explained the details on the procedure. Miguel just said “it’s no big deal” and nothing more. He seemed to be not a morning person or just in a bad mood. This is the third time I have been to that dealer and have maintenance on my vehicle. Everyone else I have dealt with has explained, friendly and has conducted themselves as professionals. Once my car was ready he did not take the time to explain nothing that was done and that my vehicle was in great shape. I paid and I left. He needs more improvement. One thing I like to say is, if you don’t like what you do for a living and do the bare minimum then find another job that will make the individual happy. Thank you.

Trevor was kind, willingly helpfuul, and accommodating but, he did not inform me when my vehicle was ready so I sat in the lobby an extra hour for no reason. I had to inquire about when my car was done and found out Trevor had already left for the day and another service agent helped get my vehicle.
