This was our third attempt to fix a whistling noise on our passenger rear window. We felt as if we were from the start not going to be repaired. Our Adviser didn’t do anything wrong by the book/rules but in our opinion seemed to have a “no warranty work will be done on your car, now we just have to work out the details to tell you so.” He pointed out a car just like yours has the same noise so we’re not going to try any repairs to yours because Honda may not pay Norm Reeves for the warranty replacement even though the mechanic verified there is a noise. Said he has no way to contact Honda and ask to do the repairs. He told me “that noise is Just the way Honda designed that car”. Really Honda designed the CR-Vs window to whistle? Honda made that poor of a car? You can’t be serious using that as a reason? I truly didn’t feel the “World Class Service” in helpfulness or even to say let me talk to my Supervisor to see if we can help you. Next Honda and any back room warranties and service contracts may go to another Honda Dealer.

So I waited about two hours until I got a text that the car was ready, so waited and waited that the sale person will call me . About a hour after I received the text I decided to get and ask about my car . This not how to treat customers by ignoring

My issue was not diagnosed, and I did not get work on the car due to this. I still have an issue with the car. There must have been some disconnect between what I wanted them to check out and what they thought they were trying to diagnose. I was not able to talk to a tech after coming in to pick up the car, as I was told they are too busy. There is something clearly wrong with the front end of my car/steering. The techs would have known this very quickly if the car was put up on a lift and the wheel was moved back and forth one time, obviously it was not. I tried to show a video and say where and how the wheel was moving upon the start of appointment, but that information must not have gotten across clearly. I would like to talk to someone about this as my car still needs to be fixed. email me at @ or text me ****-****-xxxx. I cant take calls most of the work day, but can schedule one
