I was frustrated that the service advisor never called me or contacted me to tell me when my car was ready. I returned to the dealership after the quoted completion time and he was also not there. Just as I was driving away, I also discovered that they hadn't done one small thing that he told me they would take care of, so I had to go in to purchase that part myself, and the guys that intake cars for service were nice enough to take care of it for me.
