I wasted 2 days trying to get this problem fixed with no consideration of my time. Jonathan was extremely rude and he was late to my second appointment. Please contact me after 4:30 for feedback as I work and will not be taking any more time off to provide it.

Joseph helped me not only by resolving my request but his personality and attitude was very different from others.
