Hello Honda, I had service done on my honda accord 2017 about 2 weeks ago and the day it got the work done as soon as I got home my AC cold air stopped working and my check engine light turned on. I called back on monday and they told me I could take it back to get it checked. Due to work I went back the following saturday and they told me I had to leave it over the weekend. So I rescheduled and took it back this past wednesday. When I arrived I told them the situation and they were already trying to charge me 300 something dollars to check my AC properly. I asked if they can do a visual inspection and left my car for a couple of hours. I got a call and they told me the car was ready so I came to pick it up and they told me the mechanic disconnected the compressor and that was the reason there was no cold air. I work for uber and it was hard defrosting my car with rain and my ratings went down cause people said it was too hot and I should have my AC working. Hopefully it doesnt happen again .

While Reuben was fine, the service department was swamped and the “express” service oil change took 3 hours. We were late for our 10:40 appointment at 11 am and left after 2 pm. It was disappointing how long it took since we had planned other tasks that day that we couldn’t get to. They actually did not start our cars service until after 1 pm.

I was so appreciated to hear that I was able to have same day service. When I was leaving I feeling like I accomplished my task for the day and then I received a notification saying tha my tire pressure was low. When I checked my receip I seen that a tire rotation was done, with so I assumed the pressure would have been checked and I was informed that tire pressure was low. I was lock in after work traffic and was really concerned about catching a flat along my destination and that left me feeling incomplete on my visit with the company.
