When I went in to get my oil changed, I was informed that my car needed additional services. I was told that with the additional necessary services, the bill would be over $400, but that he would give me a discount, which would reduce my bill to $360. However, my balance ended up being $412.48. Furthermore, I learned after the fact that these services weren't needed for another 7,000 miles according to the informative receipt. Additionally, something wrong was done to by computer display and now the info that used to show up doesn't display properly. My experience with the services department has been very subpar and made me very wary and distrustful. I will not be getting my car serviced here again.

The service technician, when I pointed out to my service rep that my car experienced a vibration when the air was put on max, stated that he didn’t know if it came in that way and that they do not check on that when doing a multi-point inspection. I felt that was a bit condescending for him to imply that I brought my car in with a fault (mind you, I bought this norm reeves certified pre-owned from norm reeves) and for him to imply that it was like that when it came in. I understand that it was right at 4:15 and he was clocking out, but that’s all that had to be said, we’ll look at this another time . I spoke to Michael Barr and will ask for a day off work and set up another appointment to finish his recommendation on my vehicle, as well as have this vibration check out again by another service technician.
