We were very disappointed with the service that was provided at the Norm Reeves Cerritos location . We purchased a Honda CRV hybrid 2024 and received only one key when we purchased the car. And at that time , we were told that we would get the second key in a week.I did not hear anything after a week and finally I had to call and find out what’s going on with the second key. I called the service dept several times and the people that answered the calls there was giving a hard time . Everyone person I spoke to was giving me different answers. It was very frustrating. Finally I had to speak to Kevin the service manager and he helped us out . I was told by Kevin that I had to make an appt and they just have to Programme the key and it would take 1 and 1/2 hrs for the process. I went there and was asked to sit in the waiting area and will be done in an hour to Programme the key . In a hour the person that helped us said I have to come back the next day to get another part of the key .we live in Anaheim hills and coming to Cerritos is out of our way . Now I had to come back again to get the part of the key was missing the next day . Overall , it took us a month to get the second key after we purchased the car . If we were told in the beginning abt the key process and the delay in getting the key when we purchased the car , I wouldn’t be this disappointed . No one from the service dept was calling back and letting us know what can be done abt the key . I had to call several times and check out myself . The overall experience was really disappointing and I would never recommend anyone to use this location ever .
