I have an appointment 8:40am but I arrived early 8:20am and Robert Gonzalez approached me and checked in my vehicle even it's early. He is very professional and attentive. He explained what my van needs. Overall Honda Cerritos service was quick and you can trust them especially having good staff.

When i went to pick up my car Bryan was on a personal call. Instead of charging me so I could get my keys and go, he stepped outside and spent the next 5 minutes on the phone just on the other side of the glass while I stood there waiting. The service at this location is horrible and has gone so far downhill since i started going there about 15 years ago. The only reason I’ve continued going up until this point is because it’s the most convenient location for me, but you honestly don’t deserve my loyalty anymore with the terrible service I’ve received on numerous occasions already.
