Para ser sincera, no creo que les vaya importar mucho mi opinión y no la van a tomar en cuenta, pero es un una decepción tremenda haber comprado un carro en Cerritos Honda. El comportamiento de sus trabajadores es totalmente corrupto, no ayudaron en nada. Todo lo contrario, solamente sé que mi carro tuvo algo y algo le ocurrió y ustedes prefirieron lavarse las manos y hacerse responsable. Deberían de dar gracias a Dios que no me mate Porque si me hubiera matado hubiera sido peor mi carro tiene un Recall Y ustedes lo ignoraron, el volante no funcionaba, se ponía duro y se ponía duro y se ponía duro y ese día que tronó algo ahí en la llanta. No tengo la menor idea que haya sido no me maté. Gracias a Dios. Mi carro ya está inspeccionado y si resulta que es un problema de fábrica, las cosas no se van a quedar así porque yo casi pierdo la vida y cuando llego al carro a Cerritos Honda su equipo de trabajo me trataron como un estúpida y no me brindaron la ayuda que Debieron de haberme dado y todavía Pellier con mi esposo, porque yo le dije que no comprara un carro. Ahí. Yo quería un Toyota no un Honda! Así que gracias por nada y mejoren la integridad de sus empleados, porque eso parece una magia corrupta.

When a customer decides to wait there for service to be completed they should hold the customers car in front of service office when the service is completed for the waiting customer to pick up there NOT make the customer who has been waiting for hours to go find it in your sardine can of a parking lot. Bad.
