Nissan always give me a car wash when I get any service on my Nissan vehicle. I was disappointed to know that you guys don’t provide a car wash with car service.

I scheduled an appointment with another service advisor. Unfortunately, he was not in today. So Miguel was the one to assist me only for the checking in portion, which was quick and professional and that’s about it.I received a text around 11:55am stating my car was ready to be picked up. I walked to Miguel’s desk, but he had already left for the day. My experience with Leo was superb!!!! He took the initiative to assist me with finalizing my transaction. He explained to me the importance of having the Fuel Foam Volume Decarb & Fuel Induction Cleaning. He also showed me how delaying the service can result in a larger expense for that part. He was great, he made me feel welcomed and took the moment to really acknowledge me and didn’t speak to me like I’m just a customer. Although, it was a short interaction, our convo was mutual, interpersonal.. please give him Kuddos !! I didn’t receive a review link for him, but he truly made an impression. Thank you LEO & thank you Honda!! (His desk is in the front, next to Miguel)
