Joseph Vargas was great as always but they told me I needed a new battery for my vehicle and showed me a print out saying the battery was failing and needed replacement for $174 according to the tech who examined my vehicle. This is a new battery less than 3 months old so I took it back to Autozone right after my service and they tested the battery again and showed me that it was at 100% and the print out said the battery was in good condition. The autozone guy said failing batteries show signs of problems and my battery has been working great. This is a little unsettling because I always trust that what I’m told my car needs is truthful so now I’m wondering if anything else is inaccurate in those reports.
