I have always been a Honda buyer and have gotten 5 Hondas from Cerritos. I just did a major service to my 2015 car. The service was great! When I got in my car it was like driving a new car! Anthony advised me on what needed to be done to my car and the maintenance that o needed. He also helped me finance to get it my car fixed. That was a plus on my book! When. I picked up my car , it was like driving away in a new car! No BS! It’s the truth! Thank you Honda for keeping me when on Track!

I’m pleased with Robert’s customer service, but not with d time I waited for my appointment. I was dismayed and I felt that service advisors are not enough to accommodate high number of customers waiting. I cannot believe that d customer behind me was accommodated first. I thought first come first served s suppose to be, unless d other customer has an emergency problem of her car. From my stand point, d service department have not met my expectation.
