I had a horrible experience..My appointment was at 11am Manny took my car in I ask him to check the brakes and to call we with update .. no never called me for update. I was in the waiting room then . I went outside like around 1pm and notice my car parked in the lot . I waited 30 mi. And didn't see Manny. I was standing on Manny desk and notice the 3 rd desk there was an employee on his phone I trying to get his attention. He w was busy on his phone so I went inside the cashier desk and ask for Manny . A young lady I ask for manny she said outside the guy nan on the desk will help you. So I went to him and ask for Manny . He went to his desk got my keys and gave me an invoice.i told him the I had ask Manny to check the brakes if he can explain the invoice he said your brakes are good . I was not please with his answer. I ask for a manager and they told me she was at lunch . I ask if she can contact me and I gave not hear from here.. I end up leaving around 1:45pm
