Went in for a diagnostic got the earliest appointment possible told me it would take 4 to 6 hours waited. So they had mentioned if I was going to wait for my vehicle and I told Robert that I would wait for my vehicle anyways I've waited for hours for an oil change what's what would be the big difference right. So after seven and a half hours no one was keeping up as far as text messages or updates on my car so mind you I got there at 7:00 a.m. in the morning it was already after 3:30 p.m. I called the dealership they transferred me to Miguel I told him what was going on with my car and he had told me they still don't know where it is leaking from and I cannot take my car home I was mad frustrated and I had mentioned to him to just give me my car I want to go home. I had to find somebody to pick up my kids from school I wasn't going to make it to back to school night and then he tells me I need to get a rental and I told him I am not paying for a rental so he had mentioned that he would pay for my rental and I said yes you are going to pay for my rental but in the end I ended up paying $99 with some change for the insurance to use my rental for 3 days. I can go on and on with more details but what's the point nothing. Nothing is going to get fixed or solved where I would have great customer service like when I bought my vehicle from you guys or the wait time will get reduced it's horrible experience will not be returning

1. Hourly rate for service $700.00 need to see a hard copy of that being consistent to industry standards -car there 3 hours
2. Battery not in red—why are your calibration off
3. First-$169 diagnostic test attempted to charge for calibration of ignition-and then after describing and asking why multi point check cannot discover -through sarcasm only turn on one time and works move on..umm..so the reason why now ignition needed replaced was after trying several times to start car discovered ignition did not work..umm as if battery first was replaced and problem did not continue would be battery otherwise ignition as did not hear any clicks as yes mechanic before but not feeling with the green team I understand that was correct
4. Corrosion by battery and why nothing told to me as I just got the battery treatment a month ago
5. My favorite-I had to call back regarding my part as through another sarcasm talk your car too old-we don’t keep those parts…months..,,,before part arrives..not the case..
HONESTY INTEGRITY -how would you want your wife, sister, mother treated and use St Joseph as a model as pray each time your HONEST as this service did not feel that at all and was very disappointed
