I specially asked for water in the empty reservoir for windshield wipers. I tried using it later and No fluid. It was still empty. It makes me wonder if the oil and filter was changed and the multi point check was completed!!

My service advisor was out of office after i dropped off our car, but nobody on staff kept us informed after that. Took several calls to try to keep informed of status of repairs, felt like we were not a priority. Tried to escalate to a service manager but was told they were unavailable. Not a good experience with norm reeves and will bring our car somewhere else in the future.
