Julie was so exceptional and very knowledgeable with my requested service. She provided me a loaner that was awesome because my car would not be ready for few days due to required services done in my car. She was on top of everything and I was informed eloquently. There were lots of services that were done in my car which led to one of the services need to be redone but we already made an arrangement for ne to return on a later date. Overall experience was splendid.

I took my car in for a tired changed because it had a bubble and and the light of tired inside turned on picked up the car at 3 pm the next day the light of the tired turned on again saying to check all tired pressure

When I to check for why vehicle is making noise when turn left. Your agency has some interesting policy to charge $120 to diagnose it. It is very strange that you want to charge it to just check on the vehicle. I didn’t ask for engine filter check but your staff checked it and pointed me it needs to be changed.
My take so far is, you don’t care what customer sees the problem, instead you care about what cannot see.
I am unable to say your service is good when I do not see things. You might have done work but I have no way to see it and hence I can not provide a feedback
