Javier has great customer service and explained service in detail. Due to the service I purchased I got a rental, which was top notch. The only suggestion I have is for vehicles that are kept a couple days, such as mine, a car wash would be nice. My vehicle was covered in dust. After leaving the service center, I drove straight to get is washed.

When I got my car back from getting my oil change, there were multiple tools on my passenger seat, and when removed my seat was left dirty, on top of that I had left some things in my passenger door pocket and multiple things in that pocket were thrown on the floor and on the seat.

I am commenting on my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Mr. Barr.
Throughout this process I was the one consistently calling for updates regarding my vehicle. I did not receive proactive communication, which made the experience frustrating and inconvenient.
I specifically requested an all around service inspection. I assumed routine maintenance including my oil change, would be addressed. However it was not and my oil life is currently at 20%.
I also was not offered a loaner vehicle despite having an extended warranty coverage. My car was kept for 2 days. This was never discussed or presented as an option from Mr. Barr
Overall I am highly disappointed with the level of service and communication provided. I expected a more thorough and customer focused experience.

I scheduled an appointment to get an oil change and also asked to replace the bulb in my passenger fog light. That’s it. Then I get my car and noticed the headlight on my passenger side no longer work in concurrent with the fog light. All lights work but not working properly. I had to inspect that myself. I even showed the advisor before I left toe parking lot and he told me the light “coincidentally went out and needs to be replaced.” I buy a replacement bulb, go home to do it myself to find out the light works fine but no lo internet with the fog light. The service teams does all the diagnostics to determine what additional services my car needed which I declined. Then you give me a report saying my lights are checked green when in fact one headlight no longer works properly in the midst of my fog light being replaced. I know for a fact both my headlights were working and the driver side fog light. But then the service team messed up the lighting to the point I have to pay $190 diagnostic fee for a mistake that was caused by YOUR team. Extremely upset. Advisor just tells me they don’t do any diagnostics but then you give me a list of things I should get done based on the service teams recommendation? Doesn’t make sense. Not a world class performance you seem to say. Absolutely disappointing and ridiculous service.

I went in for an oil change and come to find out that my oil pan cover wasn’t put back properly and was missing screws to hold it in place. Which caused it to start hanging from underneath the car and scrapping on the ground. How are we unable to successfully complete a job as simple as an oil change, this is unacceptable. Now I have to continue to drive without an oil pan cover or if so continue to drive with it scraping. What if I needed something more severe like new brakes or new tires ? Will the tires be bolted on right now? Or will I need to worry about my wheel flying off while driving. I want to continue to service with you guys but this needs to be accounted for immediately. Thank you.
