On March 17, 2026 I took my car to the Cerritos Honda Service Center because my Honda Accord was jerking and slowing down periodically while in traffic. The other issue was that the engine symbol, as well as 4 others, lit up in my dashboard. Per George (Service Advisor #2485) the diagnostic check showed I needed a new "high pressure fuel pump," as well as "complete fuel system cleaning" plus "tube airflow." (Please see invoice #2258225.) I drove home on the 17th of March and noticed a jerking motion still happening. I didn't drive it again until today, March 19,2026, to complete numerous errands. Mid afternoon today I called and left a message at the number on the invoice. I stated the car was still jerking, which was one of the reasons I took it to the service center. I requested a call back ASAP.I never received a call back today. The issue was not resolved. I would like to speak with a Supervisor, person of authority.

The financing service used said that confirmation could be done through Honda's agent. So, it was and because of that I agreed to having the suggested work done knowing it would be financed. But after the work was completed the financing company said that my social security number was not correct. So, I spent over $1700 I needed to take care of matters since there has been a death in the family. Money that would have been used for the family is now spent. I would not have agreed to everything suggested if I had known the financing company would have incorrectly claimed my social security number was incorrect.

Joseph was very friendly and answered our questions. Some of the employees inside need a customer service refresher course. There were more than 5 people in the service counter space that were chit chatting with each other and others on their cell phones. Not one came up to ask if I needed help. I had to approach the counter and ask for help.
