There was a lack of communication regarding the status of my CR-V. It was left for service on Saturday and returned on Thursday, which I understand. However, I did not receive any updates or notifications during that time. I also tried calling several times, but Johathan were not available. Additionally, I was initially quoted a $1,200 bill, but after doing my own research, I found that the issue may be covered under the powertrain warranty. Please improve communication with your customers. Thank you.

I went to this dealership for an oil change I was so upset that after the service was done the alert was still on. I have been to several dealerships this is the only dealership that I have been that they don’t wash the car after each service & the owner of the car has to find their car in the lot. In the other dealership the car is driven in front of the service. Because they are busy they didn’t even bother to wrap the seat to keep it from getting dirty
