Aarón was great. The car was serviced promptly.
But I feel like I remember the shuttle taking you home and it would be nice if the shuttle ran longer hours to the mall at least. Also, I thought I remember our cars being washed after service and none of that has been happening. Even when I purchased the car, the car wasn’t fully detailed. I noticed spots on the mirrors. Oh and the guy that answered me about the shuttle hours hung up on me. That was very rude.

I made an appointment for A1 maintenance, tire rotation, and for more fluid to be put for the windshield wipers. Upon arrival to pickup my vehicle I was told that all of these services were completed. I went to check to make sure that my tires had been rotated and they were not, I had marked them to make sure. I find it ridiculous that I had to make sure everything was done and was lied to, the mechanics did not in fact say why they didn’t complete the task but instead took the car back and fixed it. It’s unfortunate that I have to monitor for services that I am being told are completed. Additionally, they did not put air in my tires. Very dissatisfied.
