I have taken my car in 3 times for the same issue with my alarm and it is not been fixed also this last time I took my car in and let them know my speakers are crackling and my oh dominor screen goes blank while im driving they told me to record it next time because they didn't find anything wrong. I have video of the screen going blank and its extremely dangerous for me to be driving a car where everything is electric and all the screens go blank and I was told to keep recording it so I have proof. Like if I was lying or something. My car needs to be fixed my alarm still dont not working. Im seriously very disappointed in the service i have received at norm reeves Honda i will never buy another car from this location

My appointment was at 4 I arrived at 3:30 my car wasn’t taken in till almost 5 pm and the gentleman that helped me rude as can be didn’t explain anything as far what my car needed like other times how I seen him no care at all I was not happy at all

We came in for regular maintenance and I was also having issues with the trunk not working when the car was off. They told me I had to come back another day for the trunk and I was given my paperwork and told my car “looked great!” Two days later I am trying to get to my appointment for the trunk and my car won’t even start! I call AAA but don’t request the battery service figuring I just took my car in Monday and they said everything “looked great!” AAA comes out and sees my battery is corroded! That this should have been caught on regular maintenance and the amount of corrosion seems to show that is has not been picked up by our maintenance team the numerous times we have taken it to them. (We have only taken it to Norm Reeves Honda since we purchased the car 5yrs ago and are very diligent with all maintenance.) The corrosion is so bad that the car is no longer able to maintain a charge and the AAA guy says that is probably why my trunk won’t open with power off. He diagnosed my issue in 5 minutes because he looked at my battery which should have been done during my service appointment that cost over $300! I went back to Honda and when I spoke with Javier the best he could do was knock off the corrosion at no charge or replace the battery but didn’t say why it wasn’t found. He was completely blowing me off when your inattention to detail left me stranded without a working car! It wasn’t until I spoke with a manager that I actually got some real help. It turns out when the manager checked to see the reading on my battery nothing was done! (When I picked up the car the work that was done was never sent to me but another service technician texted it to me and the work had been checked off for the battery!) Once again I paid over $300 for a service and I don’t even know if you looked at anything you said you did. I don’t know if they aren’t on top of things or on a time crunch to get as many cars out as possible but this isn’t right! My husband had other cars he has taken to you year after year as a loyal customer thinking he is paying for top quality work but since his cars don’t seem to last as long we are questioning if all of our previous issues have actually been shoty maintenance. Everything that happened was bad enough but feeling completely dismissed by Javier when I brought in my car again was the straw that broke the camels back for me. I still feel ripped off for my original maintenance and I don’t know if I will be able to convince my husband to ever buy a Honda again after all the trouble we have had with the maintenance.
