Nothing about the service I received was fully explained and I was extremely shocked receiving a bill of $190.00 dollars for a loose battery cable that was apparently the problem, and was not discovered with the diagnostic scanner. Second shocker is to have a manager blame the loose cable on another company, even when this cable was recalled once already. I bought my car and have been having my car service here at Honda Cerritos for 3 years. I will no longer have my car serviced at Honda Cerritos.
