Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Cerritos Auto Repair Service

This was one of the worst services I’ve ever had on any vehicles I’ve ever owned. my car is six months old… I shouldn’t be having a problem and your service department didn’t make it any better. I got no phone calls telling me what to do until four hours after it was brought in by tow truck. I called twice and went down there to see what I was supposed to do. The service provider we talk to pretty much told us to go home they’ll call us and no there was nothing they could do for me and if I wanted a rental car maybe I should try the sales people… I finally got phone call saying we won’t touch til Monday, have a good weekend. The service advisor Ricardo called me on Monday and said that they needed to order a part and that it should be done on Tuesday around 1 PM. At 4:30 on Tuesday, my husband and I decided to go in and check on the status of my vehicle. We talked to Ricardo who said I texted you, but he did not and then he claimed he called me, but he did not, because I have voicemail and there was no messages. I then asked him what part was ordered for my vehicle and he said oh there’s no part we just cleared out the Computer code and that should probably fix it. I said you called me and told me I needed a part and he then said oh wrong customer. And walked away. We asked another advisor to speak to the service manager and apparently they were with a customer and had several more that were seeking audience. This is not helpful Honda… This is not world-class service, I wouldn’t call it service at all! Unless service gets better, this will be my first and last Honda and I will tell everyone I know to never buy one because as soon as they get your money, they drop you like a hot potato.

Steve Mendoza was great. Steve has excellent customer service, friendly, professional, and was very knowledgeable. Next time I go back go for car service I will definitely be requesting Steve Mendoza again.

Not very helpful, rude, rushed, and felt like concerns were not addressed. Expressed feeling unsafe and uncomfortable driving the car, without any repairs being done and being told it just “intermittent failure”.

Manny did a great job.

Just wished they would wash the car like back in the old days pre-COVID-19.
