My third visit and the case was unresolved my car will shut down in six hours if I leave a 12 v adapter in it. If the car shuts down without adapter I was told to bring my car in but no special amenities of a rental will be provided in the future. I filled the tank on the rental,, but both times I got my car back from the dealershio it was empty. In the future I will buy a car from a different company that at least pretends they care about the customer. Just be happy if you do not piss me off to leave a bad review.

The oil change and wheel alignment was fine but I really came to see if they could fix my Honda link and they couldn’t. ??????? This is my second Honda dealership that I went to and they couldn’t fix it so it’s like what’s the point of coming to y’all if y’all can’t fix what’s wrong in the cars ?
