Hello - I had a scheduled appointment at 9am for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be done by noon, so I walked around and waited until 12:30 to go back to pick up my car. I waited an extra 30 minutes before going back just to allow the team more time. When I returned, I was told the service staff “couldn’t locate my key”, so they never worked on my car in all that time. My car was just sitting in the lot for 3.5 hours. I was told they will start now, that I had returned there (and would get everything done in 20 minutes)! I was very frustrated that I came for my 9am appointment, waited 3.5 hours, only to now have my service job rushed in 20 minutes (because the staff forgot). I do not believe that they couldn’t find the key. They were disorganized and forgot. And, they wasted my time. I had to wait an additional hour to finally get my car. This experience did not inspire confidence at all in your service department, and/or in the Honda brand. I still wonder whether my car was even properly serviced today, since it was so rushed (due to the oversight). Please do better, Honda! I (and my family) have been Honda owners for decades, and this was very disappointing.

Miguel exceeded my expectations. I love when people have great customer service skills because it shows they take pride in their job. He apologized for things that weren’t in his control and got me in and out of the shop within an hour. I work from home and for some reason the WiFi wasn’t working. He let me borrow the hotspot on his phone (which he obviously didn’t have to do) and that was such a sweet thing to do. I plan on asking for him every time I go into the service department!
