My husband went to drop of my car and one they gave him a hard time just to make an appointment i understand that its hard to do samedays problems but its a new car less then 2 mths old and he had to talk to a manager just to check the car. When picking up the car the person who got the car for him never told him that the car was ready never called my husband over to tell him to take the car my husband was there 30 mins waiting until he went up to him and asked him if he can take the car all he said was ohh yea it has been ready horrible customer service

Arrived at 7:30 am for a 7:40 appt. Ricardo come up to me at 8:10 am because I called him over asking what’s the holdup. I counted 2 cars with 8:00 am appt times taken before me. I know the Serv Dept is busy but so am I. I was late to my hospital screening appt at 11:30am.

Seriously? My car is worse now than when I brought it in for service. I have to take it in again and go without my car for another day. Robert Bautista did not return phone or text message. I am really disgusted with the service department. Please DO have someone contact me as I have not her able to reach anybody to take care of this mess.
