Ricardo (along with many of the service people) were wearing their mask below their nose and some below their chin. When Ricardo started talking to me he pulled his mask below his chin. I had to ask him to put it back on and he said people can’t hear him if his mask is on. He did put it up but i shouldn’t have had to ask him. I work in the medical field and now what covid can do and personally i don’t want to get it because honda didn’t care enough to ensure all employee's wear the mask properly. It isn’t like we ALL don’t know the proper way to wear it by now. I come there all of the time and we buy our cars there. I was disappointed to see the careless behavior of the employee's this time
