Robert is an excellent advisor. He is knowledgeable and he likes to educate his customer when they have questions. I think this is very important specially for people who dont know much about cars and he explains his answer with patience. He has serviced my car thrice and in those times he never failed to deliver what was promised. I also admire his professionalism and compassion towards his customers. I am a very satisfied customer because of him. I guessed i found myself a permanent advisor! Great customer service!

Juan was very professional, kind and he cared. We had terrible experience at another dealership in Torrance. So we came back to norm reeves although a little drive away.
Juan listened to what I had to say very carefully and made sure that our car was taken care of. We took our car to another Honda dealership 3 times for the same issue and still not fixed after spending around 1500. Juan made sure that we didn’t have that experience at Norm Reeves.
