I have excellent experience with Ramiro. He did a good job. The part that I’m disappointed is they scheduled a lot of people so the line is all the way by the street and told us the waiting is 4-6 hours. Plus the first guy that helped us just left and didn’t say one word and went to help someone. The guy that wearing white long sleeve I believe he’s the supervisor seems don’t care too. I’m talking to him while he’s walking. Poor costumer service.

Was so amazed at my service but a little shocked that my starter failed at 50,0000 miles. So glad I don’t have to worr if my car will start when I go out to drive! 780.00 was steep for only having 50,000 miles on my car.
