I was told the service would take 4 hours, it took 8 hours just to diagnose.
I was told my AC problem should either be covered by my extended warranty or by the lawsuit Honda lost for putting in faulty a/c parts. Now I'm being told they need an additional 8 hours, it's not free it's thousands of dollars to install a $65 part you can find online & the courtesy car isn't available. There were no calls with updates. Very disappointed in honda & los Cerritos Honda

I will not be returning to this dealership or any Norm Reeves owned dealership for service or to purchase a vehicle in the future. I used to her my truck serviced at the Ford dealership in Cerritos. No more. Julie Canales, again, attempted to sell me services my vehicle did not need. She never returned phone calls or forwarded my request to have a manager contact me. Completely unacceptable.
