I had a awful experience today. I had a 10:20am appointment and was told it would take 2 hours. I checked at 12:30 and they hadn’t even started working on my car. That is not good business. It was there for a routine oil change. I don’t know if I will return for any service there.

Brian was very attentive and professional. He listen to my concerns and took care of the problem. This was my third time I had brought my vehicle for this issue, the other two times they told me they couldn’t find the problem and could do nothing for me. Suggested I speak with the service manager about my problem. I called several times to speak with him but always got his voice mail. I never got a return call. I then called Honda North America and they understood and was aware of my problem, they gave me a case number and suggested going back to service my car which I did with Brian. So far so good.
