The arriving and Manny helping was Excellent. It was checking to see if my car was ready That was a nightmare. I asked a worker for Manny said he was at lunch, I told him I was checking on the status of my car he pointed at a worker helping a lady. Someone else came and got behind me and we waited. Another worker came from inside the office looked at both of us and told the guy behind me “I will help you over here”. Ignored me waiting. The other worker took long saying he’s new been there 4 months only. Someone else came and wait behind me. Another worker came passed by me into his station got on the company phone listen to messages. Hung up and finally asked if I needed help. I told him I was checking on my car to see if it was ready. He typed and turned around and said “it’s $162.80 said sign here and here is your receipt “ I asked aren’t you gonna over what you guys did to my car. Defended him self by saying “Didn’t they explain it to you” he went over it and retrieved my car. I do all my car Services with you and I was very furious of the Customer Service.
